8. Service providers and data intermediaries
We use trusted service providers to process personal data on our behalf. These providers are expected to process personal data only for the purposes we specify and to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
- Cloudflare Pages & Workers: Website hosting, content delivery and the contact form endpoint
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot detection on the contact form. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell humans from automated submissions; it does not track you across sites.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: Aggregated, cookie-free traffic and performance analytics
- Resend: Delivering contact form submissions to our inbox by email
9. Cookies, analytics and bot protection
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is aggregated and does not use cookies to track individuals across sites.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real people from bots. Turnstile may set a short-lived token and read technical signals from your browser for that purpose only. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies, but the contact form may not work if you do.
10. Marketing messages and Do Not Call
We will not send you marketing messages by SMS or phone without obtaining the necessary permissions. Where applicable, we will respect “Do Not Call” preferences and provide opt-out options for marketing messages.
11. Overseas transfers
Some vendors or infrastructure providers may process data outside Singapore. Where overseas transfer occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore’s PDPA.
12. Retention of personal data
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for business or legal reasons, and then securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.
13. Protection and security
We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. This includes access controls, secure hosting and limiting who can view enquiry data.
14. Data breach management
If a data breach occurs, we will take steps to contain, assess and remediate it. Where notification obligations apply, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required.
15. Links to third-party sites
Our website contains links to third-party websites such as Instagram, TikTok and cruise review platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies separately.
16. Updates to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
