How many guests can we bring?
Aspira holds 22 cabins and Azura holds 30, so a full charter comfortably suits 40 to 60 guests. Smaller groups can take a cabin block instead of the whole vessel. Tell us your headcount and we will say plainly whether it fits.
What does a package actually include?
Partial planning covers cruise selection, itinerary design and the run of show. Full planning adds vendor sourcing, styling, guest logistics and a coordinator on board for the sailing. Both come with written pricing before you commit.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months is comfortable for a wedding, and six or more for peak season dates. If your dates are tight, message us anyway, cabin availability changes weekly.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every plan we send carries a wet-weather layout agreed in advance, so an indoor ceremony or a moved dinner is a decision already made, not a scramble on the day. Sailings can also be re-routed within the bay by the captain.
Do you handle guests flying in from Singapore or elsewhere?
We handle the Hanoi transfer, boarding order and cabin assignment, and we brief your guests before departure. Flights are booked by your guests or your corporate travel desk, and we will give you the timing windows that work.
